⚽ World Cup 2018 Game 29 – Germany vs. Sweden
Presenting a surf and turf dip that combines popular Swedish gravlax with German liverwurst. The creamy concoction is tempered by liverwurst and the crunch from red onions that will be the hit at your next soccer-viewing party.

- 4 oz gravlax salmon chopped
- 4 TBSP red onion chopped
- 2 TBSP fresh dill chopped
- 6 oz liverwurst
- 4 oz mascarpone cheese room temperature

Instructions
- Mix the salmon + red onion + dill in a small bowl.
- Line the bottom of the ramekin with 2 TBSP of the salmon mixture. Top with a 1/4 inch layer of the mascarpone then a 1/4 inch layer of liverwurst. Repeat until the ingredients run out. You should be able to get approximately 10 layers by using all the ingredients. Make sure the mascarpone is the top most layer.
- Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours before serving with crackers.
